For the past couple of years this has been my go to mid morning snack. It’s quick, easy, and filling.
Peanut Butter and Banana
1-2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter
In a cereal bowl peel the banana from its skin so just the banana in two or three pieces is in the bowl . Then add one or two tablespoons of peanut butter on top of the banana. Then start eating with a fork.
